I know you are still in high school, are there many other riders at your school, and what are your plans after you graduate?

Unfortunately, I am the only rider in my school that I know of. A couple of my friends used to ride but quickly forgot about it because of school related sports and girlfriends. Every now and then I’ll see a so called BMX bike in the racks at school and I get stoked, but I never see the kids who own those bikes have any interest in trying tricks or anything besides transportation.
I havent really decided what I want to do after high school, but I feel like the generic “Travel the World” answer fits me best. I would like to ride my bike as much as I can and maybe wait a year before I attend college just to get a feel of the real world for a bit.

Alot of noticeable names have come out of the Four Seasons skateparkscene, did some of the older guys help get you into riding, and do youride a lot with them outside of the skatepark sessions?
Everyone that I ride 4 Seasons with regularly, are the same people I ride street with regulary. I wouldn’t say an older guy from around here got me Into riding, but more like made me never give up on it. My friend Mike Hinkens has helped me out a ton since I first started riding and without his help I wouldn’t be who I am today.

What kind of stuff are you into outside of riding, and where do you see yourself in the next five years?
Chances are that when I’m not riding you’ll find me on Facebook, Twitter (@BMX_Dan) or The Come Up. I like to grab a bite to eat with my friends every now and then, go to the movies with girls and other teenager stuff like that haha.
In the next 5 years I hope to see myself out of Wisconsin, because the winters here suck. I hope to have some sort of college education, and I hope to continue riding bikes as much as I can.

What is your favorite BMX related memory?
Thats a tough one to answer, there’s so many memories to pick out but, I’d have to say the time I went To Greenville, NC for a week to ride, and ended up being Daniel Dher’s Designated driver when him and my friends went out to the bars. He drove an Audi A8 and I was so scared I was going to scratch up his 20′s but it all went good. I made back to my friends without messing up his car.
